This morning i was not hunting but calling deer and i had dominant buck scent and using a grunt call. I had a 10 point buck come to me from 75 yards and he got 15 yards from me. If you don't know the property start with finding heavy deer activity and food sources such as acorns beech nuts etc.Try to stay perpendicular to trails with heavy activity with the wind in your face, but don't be to close(give yourself at least 40-50 yards between you and your target). Like any other close range hunting, you'll want to stay hidden to start with.Wear good cammo and always keep track of your wind direction to keep from getting busted.Other than that watch, learn, keep quiet, and be still.
