Like I say I don’t use any thing and have had a adult doe stick her head in the ground blind window I was sitting in. Most seasons I get my buck the first day of season not always but most of the time.
Deer make there living with there nose. Again I don’t believe that you can cover your scent enough to stop them from smelling you and if it is there going to know the scent is too strong. IMAO

i dissagree with you i use doe in heat scennt and ive seen more bucks than i ever have. three years ago a huge 10 point came in and i got away with talking and moving and looking right at him. he was only 15 yards away they maje the deer all messed up it really works,

I do use some scent …
I do use some scent killer on my trapping gloves. I don’t know if it really works. But my trap sets have been left alone for several hours before a animal visits the set. But I would bet that if a deer can smell the lure that you just put out they can smell you and lures can have additives that has to mess up the scent. If they don’t have additives then they would smell stale.
I don’t believe deer are super smart but they know what smells right and wrong. In my younger days I did try it. IMAO

Throw the scent crap in the trash. Then throw the scent killer in the trash behind it. No scent is best. It puts there guard up and if they can smell the scent they CAN SMELL YOU! Just do some scouting and hunt the wind. There is no magic to it just some work.
