When I field dress a deer, I don’t break the pelvic bone and I don’t break the sternum and I don’t remove the esophagus.

If you would have started above the rib cage and go towards the like you were supposed to, you would have went with the hair. Going from to neck works against the hair and you get hair all over the meat.

I probably wouldn’t be teaching to pull the knife toward yourself. As well as try to open the chest cavity with the knife in my hand. Safety should be a priority. But good video.

Dont be skeered to get blood on your hands, Stick your hand up the chest, cut the membrane surrounding the chest cavity and wa la it all falls out. This has got to be a CITY BOY!!
