Deer-HuntingTips.com is the website and forum of master deer hunter John Eaglesmith.
John is a Native American and registered citizen of the Chickasaw tribe. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps 1st Marine Division as a Scout Sniper and retired with the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant.
John is a native Texan and currently resides in Spring, Texas when he is not off on one of his numerous deer hunting jaunts. He initially learned the finer points of hunting starting at the tender age of five from his father Robert, and still credits his father as being the most skilled whitetail deer hunter he has ever known.
John has authored numerous books on the finer points of successful deer hunting techniques and has personally hunted deer in North America, South America, Europe and Australia. He currently makes his living as a professional deer hunting instructor, scout, and herd management counselor, spending most of his time teaching other avid hunters how to be successful in the pursuit of trophy grade deer.
